Speaker/Mentor Program for May 10

Christina Paulsen, former junior golfer and Rutgers University Alum, currently works for the New Jersey Section of the PGA of America as Manager of Tournaments, Junior Golf & Membership. Her job entails administering Junior and Professional Golf Tournaments, directly assisting the Junior Golf Director, managing membership services for PGA Professionals, and administrative work for the New Jersey PGA’s charitable arm, the New Jersey Golf Foundation.

Paulsen, a successful golfer on the Rutgers Women’s Golf Team, from 2012-2016, made history by being the first ever female to compete in the Club Championship at the famed Ridgewood Country Club in Paramus, New Jersey.

“The thing that I love the most about golf is that it’s just about you and the golf course. You’re the only one in control of what happens on the golf course. If I could give one piece of advice to any young girl who is pursuing a career in golf it would be, “never give up on your dreams and always keep striving to be the best version of yourself. You never know what lies directly ahead of you”.
